what is the best pedal setting for heavy metal with a?

I have a 50 watt, 2 by 12 inch speaker tube amp combo. i also have an SD1 overdrive pedal by boss, a DS1 distortion pedal by boss and a tone driver by digitech. what is the best heavy metal setting for either one of the pedals, oh and eq settings on the amp. my amp has a level, presence, low, mid, treble, and two reverbs.
