What is the best on campus university accommodation for me?

I'm going to uni next year and I'm trying to find accommodation. People say to go with on campus accommodation at least for the first year.
I'm looking for these things at my accommodation
Quiet(I'm not into partying all night and would prefer to get sleep)
and preferably have pre-paid meals though that isn't necessary.

I'm applying for all these universities if you have any experience from these Uni's i would like to hear about it.
1) RMIT city(Melbourne, Vic)
2) Monash Uni (Clayton, Vic)
3) La Trobe (Bundoora,Vic)
4) La Trobe (Bendigo, Vic)
5) Flinders Uni(Adelaide,SA)
6) Uni SA (Adelaide,SA)
7) Uni Adelaide (Adelaide,SA)
8) Uni NSW (Kensington, NSW)
9) Uni Wollongong (Wollongong, NSW)
