What is the best, most comprehensive bank?

I'm looking to close my Wachovia accounts because I hate Wachovia, to be completely honest, and I'm wondering where I should put my funds. I'm currently located in Florida; however, national and international choices will be appreciated as long as they are accessible from here or if I decide to move or travel.
 
The way things are going, I'm thinking about looking at B of A or Wells Fargo.......all the others seem a little unstable right now.
 
Well first off, do you get overdraft charges frequently? If so, go to ING Direct. They charge NOTHING in fees, or any other BS. Bank of America is by far the best bank for online banking. I'll never save my money at BOA, their rates suck balls. ING has a great rate for savings accounts and FREE checking accounts.
