What is the best Mobile Phone on the market today? 26/09/09?

I had an iPhone 3G and sadly lost it. There is a huge delay on iPhones coming in to the country atm (2months) and I need a new phone on Contract. What would you suggest is a good phone. Need to for Music, Messaging and Facebook/General Web Browsing. Thanks in advance
