i need a good lubrication for my bike for the bearings, chain ect. what is the best?? gear oil motor oil wd-40. if you use a different grease or oil, what is it?
WD-40 is not a lubricant it was made to displace water in electronic componets and will wash lubricant out of a chain. Motor oil is too thick to get inside the chain rollers where is it needed. You can use an oil that is made for chain saw chains or an oil made for bicycle chains.
