What is the best LCD or Plasma TV for watching Standard Definition (DVD's)?

I'm looking for something around 32"-34" or so. I have a library of DVD's. I'm not replacing them with Blu-Ray, and I still want to be able to watch them with a nice picture.

I currently have a standard (not upscaling) progressive DVD player.

Any feedback will be appreciated.
Not just brand, but model.
