Ok so im 13 years old , VERY into photography. I have a pretty good digital camera, good focus, not so good video and when i click the button to take the picture it waits like 3 seconds and then if its something moving it sometimes blurrs. Im into horses so when im at horse shows i take (well try) to take photography, with my camera the horses will be going over the jump and it will be blurry... SO i was wondering what is the best photography camera for CHEAP? like less then 400$ maybe 300$ my mom is a single mom and were not that wealthy... i dont want any replies that say get a digital camera, i already have one and want to get a real photography one like this
