Which is the most efficiant and price efficiant for 2001 mercury cougar? i was looking at the Weapon R's but im not sure. im gona get a Dual Exhauast,
 
The most efficient and cost efficient is the stock one.
It is designed to operate with that vehicle for optimum air flow and optimum compatibility for that fuel injection system.
When you start modifying you will normally lose fuel economy and with todays computer controlled systems, you may even experience some driveability problems unless you have the computer reprogrammed to support the mods.
