What is the best hard drive for a Sony Vaio VGN-SR190 Laptop?

I recently broke the hard drive in my Sony Viao VGN-SR190 laptop when I dropped it on the ground. I'm looking to replace the hard drive myself, but I'm not 100% positive on what hard drives are compatible and which is the best to buy. I think I need a SATA hard drive, but other than that I'm not sure what restrictions I should be aware of.
