What is the best goal in Fifa World Cup history?

I have seen top 10 fifa world cup goals in history. No doubt about Maradons 1 goal. But why Saeed Owairan of Saudi Arabia goal agains Belgium in 1994 was given 6th ranking, where he dererve a much better rating than 6th. Bagiio goal & Michael Owens are not better than Owairan goal, where he ran all the way from over 70 yards to the net.
 
I think John Barnes goal for england against brazil in the world cup is one of the best goals as he ran about 60 yards taking on 6-7 players before cooly taking it past the goal keeper and slotting it away :D . Well that is just my opinion
