What is the best game plan to beat Wladimir Klitschko?

I have watched a lot of fights Wladimir Klitschko and come up with a game plan to beat him. It is a gamble but it might work.

Facts about Klitschko:
Stance: Orthodox
Style: Outside-fighter
Height advantage and reach advantage
No killer instict and one punch knockout power
Most frequently use punch: Jab
Power Shots: Right Cross

Preparation for the fight: mostly stamina and conditioning training

Gemeplan:
1-3 Be very aggressive in the opening rounds to take centre of the ring. Go after Klitschko as much as possible not allowing him to settle.
4-8 Take the center of the ring by being aggressive. Once taking center of the ring then relax and wait for him to come after you, once he does then close the distance fast and throw haymakers and counter punches (jab-cross combos) as soon as Klitschko comes close to you (center of the ring) once he retreats the move back and wait for the next attack.
9 and 10: At this point Klitschko will be behind on points and will try to score points by going after you and trying to land some hard right crosses and hooks. So the best thing to in these rounds is to let Klitschko do his thing and throw as many hard punches as possible so he would get tired for rounds 11 and 12. Meanwhile you have to be mobile and do some Peek-a-Boo with counter punching. One important thing to do is to circle him not just step back, because you will get pressed against the ropes and get pummeled. Perhaps circle to left since Klitschko has a tremendous knockout power in the left hook, although he hasn't used it in a while.
11 and 12: These rounds will be slugfest with Klitschko trying to knock you out. So you have to be aggressive too, by closing the space and throwing combos with any given opportunity. If you get tired by the 12th round then just punch and move with occasional counter punch if you see an opening.

I think this plan would work, because no one has been agressive enough with Klitschko and the aggressive ones like Chagaev would burst into attack and then stopped allowing Klitschko to press him against the ropes and dictate the pace of the fight. So the best way to fight this guy would be using different tactics in different rounds like counter punching in one round while defending in others. What do you guys think? Would my game plan work? If not, then what would your game plan be?
