I am a tutor for several subjects at my university. Many of my students need to memorize stuff (such as vocabulary words for different languages, definitions for a science class, etc) but they are unable/unwilling to put forth the work of making them. Many of them beg me to make flash cards for them. At first I didn't mind, now I'm getting to the point where it's irritating because I've made the same flash cards so many times (they are never returned.)
I was wondering what is a good flashcard program (I'm aiming for free but whatever) that I could use for my students. It would be nice if there was one where I could save what I've made, put it on a flashdrive or DVD, and give it to them to use. But I'm sure I would need to spend some money for a program like that.
