about 2 weeks ago we bought a Toyota marino 1992. from Auckland city(NZ) then drove it all the way to Rotorua about 225 kms. We thought there was no problem with it. the next day, we turned on the car and noticed that the fans in the engine were not working. Assuming the fans would work when the engine gets hotter,we thought it would turn on as the engine gets a little hot Coz' it would be strange that it would make it that far from auckland without overheating. everything went well until 2 days ago. we were going for a and about 1 hour into it we noticed something spill out underneath the car. We popped the trunk and it was the coolant spewing out of its container and boiling water in the pipes. in this case my question is what would be the cheapest fix please help!
diagnostic on the cylinder head done no problem.... could it be water pum problem coz the water reservoir is boiling or could it be the radiator tank needs flushing????
