i Have 2 cats and 1 dog I'm 11 years old and my mom said its possible for me to have fish as long as i take care of them i need a combination that's hardy like 4 tetra neon ,1 ram horn snail ,1 sucker fish ,and 3 frogs for a heated 25 gallon tank with limited care

Forget the tetras. I have heard that they aren't hardy. I would get growafrogs for your frogs. You can also by African dwarf frogs. Guppies are probably the hardiest fish. Zebra danios are a very good fish too. They are fin nippers. So, they shouldn't be with guppies. A pleco can be your algae eater. I would get 4 corys at least. They are very cool. Hope I helped!

DON'T get a sucker fish, they get too big for a 25 gallon tank.
A good beginner fish has to be zebra danios.
They are cheap and last for ever. I would get a whole bunch of these guys (like 10 or more) as well as some guppies.
Trust me these fish are one of the easiest fish to keep.

By limited care do you mean weekly partial water changes? ALL aquariums need partial water changes for the survival of the fish.
I really hope you know what you are doing with fish keeping.

Thanks and have fun!
