I had two babies in two years (my newest daughter was born in early November) and I'm desperate to lose this baby pouch! I was doing sit ups about a year ago and it seemed to help but then I got pregnant again and had to stop. It also hurt my back when I did the sit ups. Is it suppose to? I don't want rock hard abs but I'd like my flat stomach back! I want it firmed up and flat again. It's make me sick to see my stomach the way it is right now. I'm really embarrassed. I want to wear tank tops this summer and not big baggy shirts.
I'd also like to lose the weight around my hips. It's not as bad but I still don't like it. I'll keep the butt though. I like that part lol. Any advice or help would be appreciated
