What is the best dog to adopt based on grooming, exercise, health, size, and cuteness?

I thought of a toy fox terrior but i could use some other options.
i don't want a lot of shedding and i don't have a fenced yard. I am looking for a pretty healthy dog. I don't want a dog that gets too big. though i don't want a dog with a pushed in nose. That can cause breathing problems.
