What is the best day hike for kids in Western Washington?

Go to the ice caves! The kids love it and it is very easy hike about 1 mile. I took my 9 year old daughter, my 23 year old son and his 1 year old son. The one year old, my grandson, was even in a stroller! It's a woodsy hike with easy trails. Lots to see and great for people of all ages. It is just east of Verlot on the mountain loop Hwy.

Another good hike with kids is the Denny Water Slides in Snoqualmie Pass.

The hike is just about one mile (not stroller friendly). Plan to have a picnic lunch and play in the water for a while before hiking back. Lots of fun!
