what is the best company for cheap car insurance?

I am doing my lessons, I am a 19 year old female and a mother of 1. I have just bought a renault clio 1.4 and need to get the cheapest possible insurance. To start i need insurance so that i can drive with someone in the car on my provisional but i also need quotes on how much it will cost me when i have past my test. The quotes i am getting are ridiculous prices especially seen as my car is only worth max £1000. Any1 know of any cheap insurers? Many thanks
