What is the best (CDMA) phone to be customized (Flashing etc...)

A CDMA phone from either Verizon or Alltel would probably be your best bet. You could just get an Alltel CDMA phone and have it activated so that it will come with the manufacturers original software instead of trying to flash a Verizon phone. Sprint phones are pretty much only useful on the Sprint system from what I understand. The most stylish phone is the Motorola KRZR at this point but if it's not available from your provider, you might want to make sure it can be activated before buying it.
