what is the best hair dye for:
long lasting neon blue hair dye? green?
how long will it last and how long will it stay vivid?
how can i make it last longer?
i had red in my hair but it faded after about 3 weeks.
any experiences will be helpful. i'm looking for the brand that you would most recommend.
