What is the best BlackBerry?

I have roughly around £140 and want a new blackberry. Ideally i'd like the bold but that costs too much on pay as you go.

I want the blackberry for;
Fast internet,
Instant messaging (msn mainly), Facebook,
Twitter,
Emails,
Music.

What is the best blackberry out there for my needs and within my budget? Or even just over?
