What is the best blackberry plans for an international student?

i am planning to continue my study in Canada in Barrie, Ontario and I am a blackberry user, i usually use my blackberry to chat on blackberry messenger, yahoo messenger and updating twitter using an application called "Uber Twitter" and browse the internet

what is the best plan should i choose ? the plans from rogers or bell or telus or anything else ?
