My younger brother is 12 years old, 6 feet tall and about 210 pounds with motor skill issues. He has decided he'd like to try learning to ride a bike, so I thought I'd get him one for his birthday. I don't want to spend an outrageous amount (More than $150-$200) because I highly suspect he's going to try it twice then stick it in the shed and forget about it.
