I normally use Too Faced Eyshadow Insurance for all my powder eyeshadows. But, when I tried it with my pigment and loose glitter (Jesse's Girl), it didn't work as well as I wanted it to. The pigment and glitter didn't stick to it very well. Then, I tried to see if a cream primer would be better, so I used E.L.F.'s Studio Primer...and it just creased, but did stick better....So, I am at a loss for what to try next. I thought maybe to try Liquid Sugar by Eye Kandy, a paint pot by MAC, Urban Decay's Primer Potion (though I think it is similar to Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance), or Medusa's Makeup's Fix It or Stick It. What do you all think???
