im looking at a cool air intake from K&N with a throttle body spacer. is AEM better than K&N? or is there a better one yet. thanks for the help
to molitor. 80% of the reason i want a new intake is for looks. this is my sports car, its built for fun and looks, not dependability. the other 20% is for added horsepower. which you can get by placing your intake in a cooler part of your engine bay thus giving you cooler air which is more dense than warm air. so you can actually fit more oxygen in your cylinders. so if you think the stock engine intake is better for a sports car, well then i do not want your thoughts.
o yea one more thing. that is a fairly new concept. so yes, in my 2009 nissian i would agree that i should not put a new intake in. but in a 1991... think again buddy.
