I'm a photography student and I'm having trouble on deciding what kind of 35 mm SLR camera to purchase. I'm looking for something less than $500. Also, is it better for me to use a newer model like the Canon
EOS Elan 7NE or an older model, where everything is completely manual? Also I was wondering if there were any camera models out there with both features as well?
