what is the best 250cc 4 stroke motorcross bike from 2005-2008?

i am 16 6'2 and around 140-150 lbs. i have a 85 and out grew it a while back and have been saving money for a 250. i really like honda but someone told me that i would need to run racing fuel to keep the valve good and that yamaha is expensive to work on does anyone have any suggestions. i don't have very much money i only have Around 2,000 - 3,000 right now
