What is the average length of time for a pre-nup agreement when one of the parties has no money and the other has an inheritance fund of less than 1 million USD? 1 year? Until the first child is born? 5 years? 20 years? Forever? (this is for the state of Florida) I'm just looking for the "average" here. Thanks.
