The arrow question says " press the up arrow" then shows a red arrow pointing down... After a while ( or after doing somthing I don't know what) the arrow (still pointing down) turns green! I've tried pressing both the red and green and NOTHING works!!! Please only answer this question if you have information that can hep me with this problem, thanks in advance.
