What is the adapter or extender called that you use to pull a childs bike behind

an adults? I saw this once before on a website, I cannot remember the correct name so I'm not searching correctly.

It was simply a long metal piece that hooks to both bikes, therefore no need to buy a bike w/ the 1 wheel & adapter.
