In a way, since we only get one answer to a question, aren't we all sort of chatting on a limited basis?
I know that you can get a VN for chatting, but where do you draw the line? If I answer the person in the same way we all do, every day, could not that be the dreaded chatting?
There are a lot of us who do not exactly answer the question, but instead offer another comment.
And if I edit my question to add another comment, is that chatting?
Anyone have a clear-cut definition?
