I about a man and a woman who at the begginning get chased on a boat by these criminals very cheesy but cool I was I kid I loved it I remember... the point is, Theres this old bad guy who wants to go like all the way back to rome in this sort of armor suit he invented which can jolt out bolts of electricity, unstoppable bolts of electricity, so if he goes back its like he'll rule everything cuz he'll kill everything... The man and the woman end up screwing his plans when they are at the chamber of time travel or something like that, and they make him end up at the beggining of the world when lava and rocks are like joining together to form land and stuff, so so ended up so far behind its like he'll die without doing no harm 
. Few scenes I can remember are, they were stranded at an island with some cannibals which had them almost prisoners if it wasnt because of a gun that popped un from i dont know where and shot their asses, but, its very friggin kool and Id like to get it, i tried imdb, nothing
