What is that one old-ish movie about a man who isn't in good shape and cartoon cells?

Inside his body, everything is animated and the cells are like... blue people. And the man had a daughter.

I remember this one scene, the man didn't feel well so he took medicine which sent this big red dude to help the blue cell people fight germs and... bacteria and yeah.
