What is that old electronic running game called where you control a boy and

dodge dogs with arrow keys? The top is shaped like a computer screen and the bottom is shaped like a keyboard. There are two paths and you have to move up and down throughout the paths avoiding these dogs that barge right at you and try to make it into your box home. I don't think they make it anymore because it is from the early 2000s or the mid-late 1990s. I was just wondering if any of you people knew what the title name of the game is because I might find it on ebay.
