two shades"? I'm being asked by my bank to send a copy of my ID that should be "lighten(or may be lightning) by two shades" as I heard on telephone..
What is that mean??
I wasn't able to ask further since I'm overseas, and the phone cost is a Bitch.. the credit ran out anyway.
