I honestly don't remember a whole lot about it. It was a series of episodes that they ran in a row one day. I'm pretty sure it was on the discovery channel, but not 100%. I remember mostly one episode that was talking about how the Earth froze over, and how it thawed out. I also remember one that was talking about the formation of Earth, and it was talking about the Earth's whole history as if it were one day. They showed a cool little clock overlay on the Earth 
I'd really like to know what the name of the series is, because it would be wonderful for a school project I'm going to start. And I'm pretty damn sure it's not the "How The Earth Was Made" show on the History channel.
