I want to connect my HTC incredible to my laptop so I can transfer pictures, music, and to charge it. but i heard that wasn't included in the "unlimited data plan" and I don't want to be mysteriously charged for crap. Im not wanting to use my phone as a modem or anything. So is simply connecting my phone and doing these simple things considered tethering?
