Im in basketball i run like 4 suicides a day(you run to the free throw line and back half court back other free throw line and back full court back under 40 seconds)and 15 down and backs a day plus a lot of foot work and basketball practice. I need to loose some wait really fast.Like 7 pounds and need to get more muscle.
Do i starve myself and run and do crunches a lot or what?
