What is some health ideas for the summer?

I have terrible eating habits but for the past 2 to 3 months I have been running everyday and watching my portions and Im glad to say Ive lost a little over 10 pounds. I used to be 154 pounds and Im now 140 but I think that I may be in the 130's now cause it was weeks ago that I weighed myself. Bad thing is I just a ate a pb&J which is disgusting but I was really hungry and its 11 o clock at night. I just like to eat what I want really bad cause I love sweet and fried things and I cant have them.During the summer is when people are supposed to have fun but all I think about constantly is what I should eat and what I shouldn't. I'd like advice on some good food choices like foods that are healthy but would satisfy me just as a pb& j or a donut would what are some healthy yummy alternatives to bad foods?
