I have a Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth headset. I'm a Bluetooth user and sometimes I forget to turn off my bluetooth before I put it on the charger. At first, I naturally assumed the thing would automatically shutoff like my two previous ones. However, this one stays on and appears to charge while still being connected to my phone. So I decided to see if I could make a call while it was connected to the charger and low and behold... it did. So, is there a serious reason not to leave it connected to the charger?
