what is small posterior osteophytes in L3, L4, L5

hello I am from Murabai , India . I am havin problem of loss of normal lordosis suggestive of muscle spasm and small posterior oste4ophytes in L3 , L4 please give me some information about it as I am having low back pain.

posterior osteophytes is the narrowing of the spinal canal. You may have the start of arthritus in your back-that can cause posterior osteophytes.

Osteophtes are bone spurs; in your case, that protrude toward the back of your spine in the low back area. Bone spurs are usually a sign of arthritis.
