I am 16 and I got a speeding ticket a while back which put 4 points on my license but I did traffic school so I shouldn't have the points on my license right? Well I just got another speeding ticket and it was supposed to assess 3 points on my license and I'm not doing traffic school but I was just looking at my driving record and at the bottom it said Restriction Correspondence I was just wondering what that meant?
