It's been registered for street use in the past so I know it passes all the DEQ emissions standards, just wondering what is required as far as saftey equipment. I'm sure headlight, taillight, and mirror are a given, anything else? Do you have to have turn signals or can you get away with hand signaling? What about a horn, is it mandatory? Anything else I need?
