What is probability that a blue snapper fish will be caught by humans in its lifetime?

Seems that the answer can be obtained by calculating two numbers,
1. (Blue snapper caught per day) * (average lifespan of blue snapper fish)
2. Estimated total population of blue snapper
Then divide 1 by 2.
But what are those numbers?
