What is Pennsylvania law when it comes to how many boys allowed to sleep in one room?

My cousin has 4 boys and her ex husband is with another who has 4 kids of her own 2 girls and 2 boys when the 4 boys are there as per his visitation rights (he has them for 2 weeks) there are 6 boys to one small bedroom where he crammed 3 bunk beds. he just found out that he is actually the father of one more boy and is being forced to take custody of him and is planning on putting him in with the other 6 boys so you will have 7 boys age range from 7-12 in one small room.

I was wondering on what the Pennsylvania law had to say about this situation. cause it just does not seem right to me for 7 boys to be forced to share one small room.
 
Is your cousin complaining about this? Or is it just your feeling this is unfair? Is this really any of your business? There may be a law about this. However unless you (or anyone else ) can prove neglect, I rather doubt much will be done. In case you haven't noticed it's a rough world out there. Just because something seems or even is unfair, doesn't make it a case for the police.
