Doing a petition is a great idea to state what u believe in. There are many problems in our country(financial, global,war,traffic, etc.)But the worst has to be global.
I would say that we r ruining our country and the world because of fossil fuels. The energy burnes holes in the ozone layer and is not only bad for us, but the whole world. If global warming continues, we could get more advanced hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. we need to put scientists to work on making new fuels for us to use.
