I recently took my car in to my dealer because I had a problem with my rear driver side tire wearing uneven. Ever since I have had my car it has been in the shop every year or more to have the suspension worked on. New control arms, bushings ect. About 3 weeks ago I took my car in because my struts were leaking, after leaving the dealership and a few weeks later my tire went from new to needing replaced. I made yet another appointment and this time they said I had a bad axle which was causing the problem. They also said it would not be covered because it was my fault. I asked to see the damage and it doesnt make sence that everything else would be covered except this. They said the damage was old and were asking me if I slid my car into anything, which I have not. They also said my car was unsafe to drive. Isn't this something they should have seen in prior visits and should of told me about since it is as old damage as they say it is? Let alone are they allowed to return my car a few weeks prior with old damage they say makes my car unsafe to drive?
