I hv recently recieved a letter from NCO Financial Services ,it says:"
all previous requests for payment have been ignored. You should realize that failure to cooperate will result in your file being referred to Revenue Services of BC with a recommendation to proceed with legal action to recover the debt."
and they ask me to call them to make satisfactory arrangements. The letter also showed the file # and amount: $3,000.00. Does that mean I owe NCO money?But where did that money come from?
Could anyone answer my question?
