What is Navy boot camp like?

How is it? Is the physical training difficult? Is the classroom sessions hard to grasp? What is the most challenging aspects? What can I do to better prepare myself for Navy boot camp physically and academically? What is a day like? What time do you wake up and head to bed? I would really appreciate it and prefer someone who just recently graduated boot camp to share their experience and advice, thank you
