I couldn't find anything on Google about this other than the fact that Verizon doesn't have an APN and that will not suffice.
I got an Archos 101 for Christmas and I have been trying to tether it with my Droid but I have not been able to make it work. I need an APN, username and password although the last two are optional. I tried entering nothing for the APN but it wouldn't let me do that and I tried "internet" but it wouldn't connect.
Any advice on how I can figure out an APN to use or make a new one would be awesome.
Well, thanks for the answer, now I know exactly what it is, but what I really need to know is how to change it so I can use it to configure the cell phone tethering on my Archos.
